It looks great, no doubt. Curious to see the overall presentation of a match. Are there any additional tweaks/additions to entrances and camera angles...things like that.

So far, though, I'm enjoying what I'm seeing.

Whilstthe graphics do look improved, the before and after just prove they weren't that bad to start with and whilst I'm in favour of the overall positive improvement it's clear that is where they have invested their time and to me that's the last thing that need massive improvement.

Bad models will still look bad. The three they show looked fine last year and now look a bit better.

Not a reason to purchase for me.

Tell me about things that were missing/broken or needed expanding that you have added and also let me see things like 8 man that you have teased

Right now the emphasis on the graphical update scares me.

I'm sort of in agreement Stocksy, me old mate.

No Mercy's graphics were rubbish, but we mostly widely regarded as the best wrestling game ever made. Perhaps closely followed by Fire Pro Wrestling (No, we still don't count the 360 version!) which has adequate graphics at best.

So with this in mind, I would say it's gameplay/engine that makes a great wrestling game, not the 'bells and whistles' of pretty graphics.


But as they've not shown any gameplay videos yet, I'm hoping that gameplay issues being fixed is not something they can show in a screenshot, so hopefully they've fixed them AND improved the graphics Smile

I'll give them until a few gameplay videos have been released before I start to panic...

I agree with you guys ,game play is more important I don't need to always have a 5 star match and everyone kick out of my finishers. But I do think it looks really good. Hopefully the caws will as well. But there is no telling they always fix one thing and mess up another it is just the way it is.

You guys remember back in the day with Nintendo? We didn't care about the graphics, we just wanted good gameplay and a good story to go with the game. That's why I'm playing a lot of Mega Man here lately XD

Good graphics are great but if the gameplay winds up being garbage like WWE 2K15 then the good graphics don't do a lot of good ... and yes, bad models will still be bad. Hopefully they spread the same attention to detail to the mid/low carders that they are for their top guys. Details such as the following are things that contribute to the good game play (and that in my opinion would trump the graphics for sure)

This is what I want to know or see change:

1)Some form of micro-management (GM Mode'ish) within Universe Mode beyond seeing title histories or assigning titles.

2) Details on the 8 man in ring. Is it only for rumbles? Will we get 4v4 classic SS style matches? Sub options such as "Elimination Tag"

2a) Will we get 4x Tag team matches?

3) How many CAW slots are we getting this year? 100 again?

4) Can we get stables the ability to expand beyond the 5 max that they've been? Making 3+ nWo stables to fit all my guys in is a pain in the ass and counter-productive/senseless when those stables start feuding with each other (esp if you're simming pre-1999)

5) Will the creation suite operate in the same manner that it did last year as far as logo importation goes?

6) Will the servers for creation/game play be more stable or will they shit out at the beginning, get fixed, then shit out again towards the end of the game's cycle as usual?

7) Would love to see them drop the 1x main 1x seconday 1x tag 1x Women's set-up they have for titles. I'm big into WCW and I want all of WCW's titles to be available to be defended on all 3 WCW shows I have during the week. Not possible with current set-up.

I'd like to see that Auto-Reversal bullshit removed! The game played so much better when it first came out(before the patches)
